1. LE FONDEMENT DE LA DEMARCHE

La démarche d’exploration a été portée par des convictions fortes, affirmées et confortées tout au long des 3 mois de travail :
> Il existe dans les quartiers une soif d’entreprendre, souvent bâtie sur des motivations fortes et propres à ces territoires. C’est de la rencontre de plus 70 entrepreneurs sur le terrain, de tous secteurs d’activité et à tous niveaux d’avancement, que sont nés les défis et les solutions formulés.
> Ces entrepreneurs constituent une force pour notre société : ils contribuent à l’économie et créent des emplois malgré des obstacles parfois plus nombreux. Ces hommes et ces femmes ont besoin d’être encouragés à se lancer, se développer, à pérenniser leur entreprise.
> Les acteurs de l’accompagnement engagés sur ces territoires lèvent une partie des difficultés rencontrées (difficultés d’accès à l’information, manque de réseaux, discrimination, situation financière personnelle…), sans pour autant réussir à créer un « réflexe accompagnement » qui maximiserait les chances de survie des entreprises créées.
Le travail s’est basé sur l’observation et l’analyse au cœur des quartiers, sur la facilitation des échanges et l’écoute, sur l’humain placé au cœur du sujet de l’entrepreneuriat. La démarche a permis de comprendre et de partager la réalité de la création et du développement d’entreprise en QPV. Le pragmatisme a conduit la quête de solutions nouvelles.

> Il existe déjà beaucoup d’offres et de dispositifs à destination des entrepreneurs ante-création et en création, probablement moins pour des entreprises de petite taille déjà installées
> Les entrepreneurs et les structures d’accompagnement mettent en avant la difficulté de toucher les entrepreneurs qui sont aujourd’hui en dehors des radars (qui pensent à créer leur boite ou qui ont créé leur boite seuls)
> La communication autour de l’entrepreneuriat dans les quartiers est cruciale, sensible et complexe : tous les acteurs de ce territoire pointent le besoin de toucher davantager les entrepreneurs de ces territoires sans pour autant les stigmatiser du fait leur origine géographique.
